Long term Ecological Analysis in 40 permanent plots (old) and establishment of 10 new permanent plots in Jharkhand.
Objectives of the project :
- To determine the forest growth, population structure and regeneration status in diverse sets of habitat conditions.
- To determine soil chemical analysis on seasonal basis.
- To determine the forest productivity in terms of tree biomass production.
- To record various microclimatic parameters to correlate with forest growth and development.
- To create a data base based on periodical data bank.
